Covisint Connection and Administration (CCA) provides the tools for all users to manage their Covisint profile and their Covisint subscriptions. For Administrators, Covisint Connection and Administration provides a single interface for managing user access to all Covisint-provided Services.

Working hand-in-hand with the concept of Industry Single Sign-On, Covisint Connection and Administration aims to be the Single tool for managing user access permissions across the industry.

Administrators use Covisint Connection and Administration to:

  • Approve new user requests
  • Grant and modify user permissions
  • Reset user passwords
  • Subscribe to new Covisint-provided service packages
  • Approve the creation of additional sub-organizations (divisions) to manage large groups of users
